What's the difference between Single and Double Deck?

The Single Deck is a full glass lounge on one level — open, bright, inviting. The Double Deck adds a roof terrace on top: the best seat, one level up. Both are fully customizable.

What does renting cost?

The rental price is individual — it depends on duration, season and setup. Tell us about your event and you'll get a clear price.

What does it cost to buy?

Introductory launch pricing: Single Deck €69,000 (regular €74,000), Double Deck €79,000 (regular €85,000) — net, ex works. Every configuration is individual, so those are the starting points. Optional equipment such as air conditioning, an LED package, sound system or full wrap is added on top.

How does payment work?

Once we confirm your booking, 30 % is due as a deposit and the balance no later than 7 days before the date. Payment by bank transfer — everything is laid out transparently in the quote, with no hidden items.

Is there a security deposit?

For rentals we secure the trailer with a reasonable damage deposit. The amount depends on value and duration and is stated in the quote. You get it back promptly once the trailer is returned undamaged.

Do you run the trailer at our event?

Yes. We deliver, set up and, on request, operate it during your event — up to full event service with staff and catering coordination. You welcome your guests, we handle the rest.

Do I need a truck licence?

No, you do not need a truck licence. The trailer weighs under 3.5 t and is towed by an ordinary car. You do need licence class BE (car with trailer) — class B on its own is not enough.

How fast is it set up?

Around 30 minutes on a level, load-bearing surface. Extend, connect, done — we hand over a fully fitted room.

What do you need on site?

A level, load-bearing pitch of roughly 12 × 6 m, a drivable access route and a power connection (230 V / 16 A; more for heating, AC or catering). No power on site? We'll bring a generator on request.

Do you deliver anywhere?

We deliver across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Transport is priced by distance and access and shown as its own line in the quote — no hidden per-kilometre fee.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We record the condition together at handover and return. Normal wear is covered by the rental, and the trailer is insured. Larger damage you cause is settled via the agreed excess — the details are in our terms.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the date; after that a tiered fee applies. In case of storms or force majeure we reschedule free of charge. The exact tiers are in our terms.

What about bad weather?

No problem — the trailer is an enclosed space, with heating and AC on board if you want them. Only for an official storm warning from wind force 8 do we reschedule as a precaution, then free of charge.

Season 2026/27 is being booked now. Since we can give out each date only once, enquiring early pays off — especially for race weekends and the summer months.
